Folks, I've just committed some changes to the console code on pmax. The
end result of all this is that color-rcons now works across the board.

However you should know that the X server needs to be recompiled (It
shouldn't have to know about the internals of the fb code, but that's
another issue). I will provide a binary some time this week.
