On a /240, PrestoServe looks like a normal memory SIMM, except for a
orange battery about 1.5cm square and perhaps 1cm high.  It shows up on
a "cnfg 3" from the PROM prompt as 1MB of NVRAM.  It normally occupies
the last memory slot (the one nearest the front of the case).
