The problem is booting the ecoff kernel that is in kern.tgz - I've just
been testing by copying the ELF kernel to /netbsd and rebooting. I'm
not sure when this stopped working - NetBSD 1.4 actually had an ELF
kernel in kern.tgz which is technically wrong, but that's what I'll go
back to for 1.4.1. I've updated kern.tgz in the snapshot - you'll just
need to untar that over the existing kernel. Here's the details of the
new kern.tgz:

	-rw-rw-r-- 1 simonb netbsd 825077 Jul 18 05:43 kern.tgz
	MD5 (kern.tgz) = dd3d171d7a6c92302ea3d3dcd53a6de4
