Seems I botched the install kernel :-(  Does it help that the install
kernel was ECOFF on all the snapshots?  Seriously, if it helps, the
install kernel in the arch/pmax/1.4px directory is ECOFF and also
supports a few extra graphics cards and has CDFS support.

I should have a maxine in the next week or two (it's currently 1600km
away and will be coming here as carry on luggage :) and won't have a
LK501 keyboard so I'll be using the serial console on that one for
a while.

Shouldn't need to unless you really want to.  The install kernel was
a quality control issue, and I'll be checking out the serial console
stuff myself soon anyways...
