GDM-1960 == VRT19-DA

It should work with a VRT19-?A... I guess you need to adjust the
horizontal scan rate and phase. Unless you know what you're doing,
I wouldn't touch anything else or you may regret it.

There are sites on the web that have lots of monitor specs. I found
the GDM-1960 at one stage.
