No, I dont think the :li matters.  It should get overridden with the
rcons size; i think it's just historical, from when the size wasnt
being supplied properly or clobbered after pseudo-device attatch.

I'm not sure how to get an rcons entry into the termcap database,
short of caling it an alias of `sun'. Except as best I recall, we dont
acutally do complete sun PROM emulation.  While there may be some milage
to that on a Sun host, it never made much sense to me for pmaxes.
