Folks,

Has anyone done any work (or even thought about) for supporting all the
CDIO* ioctls in the rz driver?

I guess all of this should "just work" on the MI scsi stuff - is that
available somewhere?  Just fobbing a config file to include "mi.scsi"
seems to need more that 5 minutes work.
