Actually the xmit buffer on the '230 is 4 bytes...

I was just about to throw out that SCC users manual, maybe I'll keep it
another year...

	I have a hardware question of my own... Is the 1024X864 resolution
of the DS3100 hardware determined? (ie a PAL) or can it be changed? 60Hz
refresh is kinda painful and 1024X768 at 66 Hz would be much nicer. If
changing the reolution is not possible, has anyone ever tried changing the
69 Mhz oscillator to bump up the refresh rate?
