Drat. I'm using an ELF kernel with the not-quite-release
bootblocks, the ones that garble the first line or so of PROM
output. Yet it is definitely finding ELF symbols.
Can you try hitting the DO key (or send a break on a serial console),
do a `trace' at the ddb DB> prompt, and see if you get symbols?
Does `file /netbsd' say you've got ECOFF or ELF?
