It's an IPI disk controller - high end disk controllers in days gone
by.  I've got two IPI-240T's around here somewhere, as well as two drive
enclosures each with two 1GB drives - from memory they came with a CD
with Ultrix drivers on them.  I'd say they've not got much of a future
with NetBSD...
