I got one + screen cheap, so i'm trying to set it up ...

I don't think that's true. I can get the software via ftp from dec, and as
far i know, the software is licensed to the machine, not to the user ...

My problem is, i don't have a working VMS system here to extract/install
the kit.
What i'm looking for is a version of this kit as a tar-file.
