Hi all,

I've committed a partial cleanup of the pmax ioctl asic code, which is
needed to fix some interrupt-enable glitches on pmaxes for 1.4.

As part of that I've used the same ioasic_softc and child-device
tables as the Alpha, moved those definitions to sys/dev/tc/ioasicvar.h
(where they belong) and checked some now-shared code into
sys/dev/tc/ioasic_subr.c. That involved removing the duplicated
struct definitions from sys/arch/alpha/ioasic.c, but it
compiled cleanly, and since nothing else changed, i committed it.

If someone could test the following sys/arch/alpha/tc/ioasic.c on a TC
alpha, using sys/dev/tc/ioasic_subr.c, and verify that the cut-and-
paste works (it does ona pmax) then we can commit that, too.

(I have prototype ioasic dma code to drop into sys/dev/tc/ioasic_subr,
but it still needs a bit more work...)
