For now, take a look at:

    ftp.NetBSD.ORG:~ftp/pub/NetBSD/arch/pmax/tools/bootblock-1.3.tar.gz

This won't compile as is, but with a bit of effort they will at least
build on a 1.3.X machine.  Hopefully I'll get them in -current in the
near future.
