Is the rest of the system a 1.3 (or 1.3.1 or 1.3.2) system or a -current
system?  1.3.3 will be a bug-fix release for 1.3.2.  If you're already
running -current (if "uname -r" reports back 1.3X, where X is a letter),
then you're probably already using features that don't exist in the 1.3
(and 1.3.1 and so on) world.  If this is the case, 1.3.3 won't be any
use to you...
