Digital sell an adapter (part number 29-32549-01) that converts the BNC
cable to VGA so that any VGA-type monitor should "just work" as long as
it can do the required resolution.  I just tried a generic 17" monitor
on my PMAGB-B (1280x1024 resolution) and it worked like a charm.
