I have connected a serial console to my DEC5000/260
connector 3, and haven't removed the PMAGB-EA card.
After I powered on the DEC, I found there was no
output on the the serial console screen. Nothing
appeared actually. But it really booted from HD!!
I doubt the PROM don't need to initialize this
console?

BTW, the serial console I use here is Chinese/English
terminal.

Help me please.
