I do remember a few months (6?) ago seeing an ad in Nuts&Volts magazine from a
place I have dealt with before for a Sun CD-ROM drive, SCSI, a small 1/3
height unit originally meant for the internal CD in a Sparc 10/20 system.  I
believe they were Sony drives...   you could check their site at
"www.halted.com" - the company is Halted Specialties, Co.  They occasionally
have some good stuff (they were selling used X-Terminal systems around the
same time).
