We have recently installed both the INRIA and the KAME ipv6 implementations
on a couple of Sparc stations running NetBSD 1.3.2 (NetBSD-current is
not supported, it may work with a bit of fiddleing by yourself). 

There is no problems running either IPv6 stack on NetBSD, but you may have
to make a fix to your ethernet driver, but you may be lucky that this
has already been done, depending on the chipset in the ethernet card.

I'm not aware that you have to make any PMAX-specific changes, but if you
are the first one installing the IPv6 stack on a pmax, you may stumble over
something .....
