I get the following error when trying to netboot a 120

the PROM version is:
KN02-BA V5.7c  (PC: 0xbfc00cbc, SP: 0x8002ff50)

I'm using the nfsnetbsd.ecoff file that i grabed from the
netbsd mirror at ftp.cs.umn.edu. anyone have a clue?
