Jonathan's libc update kit (fixing cerror and dl_open) contained replacements
for those files. I renamed the existing files to *.distrib, ending up with:

$ ls -l /usr/libexec/ld*so*

-r-xr-xr-x  2 pjt   staff  83632 Oct  3 19:35 /usr/libexec/ld.elf_so

-r-xr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  83701 Sep 11 08:40 /usr/libexec/ld.elf_so-1.3.2

-r-xr-xr-x  2 bin   bin    82043 Sep 11 08:48 /usr/libexec/ld.elf_so.distrib

-r-xr-xr-x  2 pjt   staff  83632 Oct  3 19:35 /usr/libexec/ld.so

-r-xr-xr-x  2 bin   bin    82043 Sep 11 08:48 /usr/libexec/ld.so.distrib
