First, you are not using pkgsrc ;) We have ghostview in our collection,
have a look at pkgsrc/print/ghostscript5, maybe check
http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/netbsd/packages.html
to find out more about it.

The short answer to your problem: you have to add "-lICE -lSM" to the
link stuff too.
