The Terrapin Trader (http://www.inform.umd.edu/purchase/terptrad/) looks
to have about a dozen DECstation 5000/25 (Personal DECstations) for
%25/each.  Based on the config of the one I got they are diskless and have
16m of RAM.  About 3/4s of them looked to have PMAGB-Bs as well.
