I have a PMAG-C here, as well as a DEC VRC21 multisync monitor with
the right "bits" to plug into the card.  It's a 1280x1024 display, but
I'm not sure what the refresh rate is - it certainly came up with a
"smaller" screen on the VRC21 than a normal PMAGB-B, so I guess it's at
a different rate (than 72Hz).
