Hi,
I have a Decstation 5000/200 and I'm running NetBSD 1.3beta on it. Now I
was going to update the system to 1.3.2. I installed a second SCSI disk, a
4.3GB Quantum AtlasII. But after I installed this drive in the Decstation
it has crashed at least four or five times the last two days.

Sometimes it just stops being accessible. Like when I was disklabling it,
it all of a sudden said that "device /dev/rrz1c is not configured". If I
then rebooted the system the disk was accessible again.

I've had one panic and three total lockups. The panic said:
Jun 16 09:37:58 spektr /netbsd: mode = 0100644, inum = 242697, fs = /mnt
Jun 16 09:37:58 spektr /netbsd: panic: ffs_valloc: dup alloc

(I've since relabled the disk, and now it doesn't panic at least. I
checked before I relabled it and there was no overlapping blocks or
something like that in the disklabel.)

And when I'm accessing the disk it says this to /var/log/messages:
Jun 15 22:25:45 spektr /netbsd: asc_get_status: cmdreg 11, fifo cnt 3
Jun 15 22:25:45 spektr /netbsd: rz1: Illegal request

And I once had this message:
Jun 17 05:09:08 spektr /netbsd: asc_timeout: cmd 0x801836d0 drive 2
Jun 17 05:09:08 spektr /netbsd: rebooting...

Any ideas what could be wrong? Isn't the Atlas compatible with the SCSI
controller, or what?
The Atlas is brand new, out of the box yesterday...

(The drive is partitioned like this btw:
 a: 64MB root
 b: 128MB swap
 d: 3900MB the rest
)
