Recently upgraded a pmax from 1.2F to 1.3.1, and am now getting alot

Apr 9 08:38:08 lazy /netbsd: rz0: Illegal request, blk 2046225
Apr 9 08:38:08 lazy /netbsd: ccd0: error 5 on component 0
The system in questino is a 5000/200 with the following scsi disks:
Apr 9 08:53:33 lazy /netbsd: rz0 at asc0 drive 0 slave 0 SEAGATE ST42100 rev 8224
Apr 9 08:53:33 lazy /netbsd: rz0: 1812MB, 2574 cyl, 15 head, 96 sec, 512 bytes/sect x 3711990 sectors
Apr 9 08:53:33 lazy /netbsd: rz1 at asc0 drive 1 slave 0 SEAGATE ST42100 rev 8224
Apr 9 08:53:33 lazy /netbsd: rz1: 1812MB, 2574 cyl, 15 head, 96 sec, 512 bytes/sect x 3711990 sectors
What does this mean? I'm quite certain that the drives themselves are OK.
