Hi folks...

I've committed a first-cut of the changes necessary to support UVM
on the pmax port. Most of the code is in sys/arch/mips, so it should
work equally well on other MIPS ports.

Unfortunately, for some reason, it doesn't work quite perfectly yet. It
seems to lose when a process exists.. I haven't had a chance to try
and debug it yet (since I've been up to my elbows in the NetBSD/alpha
pmap lately).

If someone wants to work on debugging this, and needs a little help,
feel free to send me mail.
