There's always F11 (yeah, yeah, not the real thing), but my fingers have
grown used to typing <ctrl>-3 - which is escape on just about every DEC
keyboard I've used (vt terminals, pmaxs).

I also prefer the tactile response of the LK401 - it's _much_ better
than any PC keyboard I've ever used.
