	Does it have the newer stuff needed from /usr/share/mk to build
	the current pkgsrc tree? (straight 1.3 can't build pkgsrc). (Its
	more than just than bsd.port.mk and bsd.port.subdir.mk).

	Also - are we including a pkgsrc.tgz as part of 1.3.1 - it would
	really help to get people using packages...
