I get the same thing when I do "tcsh -f", which seems odd to me.
Apparently, it's a problem with the tcsh binary.  This is using the 1.3
pkgsrc tree and bsd.port*.mk, on a 5000/240.  Haven't really investigated
this one yet, though.
