The 1.3 release binaries for the pmax are now available in the usual place.

These binaries were built on Dec 30; I hadn't been able to make them
available due to a combination of machine crashes, a broken arm, and
being on vacation.  (the X11 binaries are slightly older but don't
seem to require any rebuilding.)

I hope they're worth the wait!
