That should work, yes.   Although you might run into trouble with
blocksizes - I'm not sure.   Also, old DECstation boot proms don't
like to boot off of CD-roms that only support 2048-byte blocks, IIRC.
If you have a drive that boots Ultrix CD-roms, you're probably okay.
