Hi,

Having tested these with the latest beta (just confirmed my files and those at
ftp.netbsd.org using mirror):

- For xdm to play you should 
  export PATH=$PATH:/usr/X11R6/bin

- also ln -s /usr/X11R6 X11R6.3 (because while booting, ldconfig complains for
  this...)

Other than that, I am a happy NetBSD/pmax Charlie Root.
