I've put the 1.3_BETA snapshot on ftp.netbsd.org in the usual place.
This includes the framebuffer-console tty fixes, the DO-key fixes, and
and Michael Hitch's recent fix for problems with RZ23 disks.

(which also work just fine on a brand-new 4gig scsi disk.)

As reported, sysinst no longer works when installing into the
currently-active root. I hope that will be fixed for the release.

For now, single-disk installs should be done by dd'ing the diskimage
onto the swap partition. if necessary, (e.g., for installs onto a bare
machine), dd the diskimage onto the `c' partition, then dd a second
copy into the `swap' parittion (.e., immediately following the first
'dd'-ed diskimage.)
