Thanks a million to everyone who replied to my questions about what
to do about really loud fans in my DECstation 3100.  As per your
suggestions, I went ahead and drilled out the rivets on the fans
and put in new ones.  Whew, what a difference!  It worked great.
Now I can go back to running the system all the time.
