Hi, everyone.

I've noticed that the way NetBSD/pmax netboots was changed recently.
NetBSD/pmax netbooting does not require RARP/bootparams anymore.
Instead, it goes straight way with BOOTP/TFTP. It's benefitical
because the old way is involved in many daemons and related
configurations prepared correctly. With the new netboot, focal points
would be to prepare /etc/bootptab, especially rp= tag for NFS root,
and just to make sure bootpd and tftpd runnable. Also, note that swap
file is now configured by "swap" entry in /etc/fstab with swapctl(8),
not a boot stage parameter anymore. Overall, diskless configuration
has been simplified.
