Hi all,

i have no explanation for this, but:

since i reinstalled netbsd1.3alpha on both of my disks, (ftp'ed it on
saturday morning from ftp.netbsd.org)
i get many times the error:
asc_ timeout cmd 0x80181560 drive 1	(or drive 2)
and ...
rebooting.
nothing else.
this happens only if i use tar on compressed files, where the source is on
one drive and the destination on the other. (which is usual during install)

copying the files first to the destination drive and then untaring is ok.

i tried it probaly 5 times with the same results. (long saturday ;-)

i know that is weird,
