Weirdly, I can guess the name of MO driver contributor.  Jonathan, try
to contact Noriyuki Soda if you really want to know.  He gave you a
pointer.  Of couse, I agree that NetBSD/pmax can not handle non-512 MO
medium before MI SCSI.
