Actually it doesn't work, the resulting kernel boots but the symbol
table is hosed... kvm_mkdb and anything else trying to read the symbol
table just dump core.  The whole "strip" step seems to be mostly
unnecessary anyway... I ended up just manually running elf2aout on
netbsd.gdb and the resulting kernel was not terribly large.
