The DEC Ultrix faq has the pinouts:

The DEC serial ports are not very good (They lack RTS/CTS flow control,
which means overruns are the rule =)

Another note: This is becoming a FAQ for this list.  Any chance of getting
this on the netbsd/pmax web page?
