I managed to compile top-3.3 which I obtained somewhere on ftp.netbsd.org.
It compiled okay, however, the swap size was reported by sysctl()
in what I believe is 1kb blocks, instead of 4kb pages.  I don't know if
this is a problem specifically with NetBSD or the pmax port.
