i bought a personal decstation/25 with keyboard and mouse, but no 
monitor. it has a 470 mb scsi hdd, two empty turbochannel slots, and 
four empty memory slots. when i plug it in with keyboard and mouse, the 
hdd spins up, but the green LED on the front flashes eternally. i 
figured this was a bad thing, so i tried plugging my roommate's rgb ibm 
workstation monitor into it and did not see anything on the screen. is 
everything fine? does it not have any memory or a video card? is the 
scsi drive dead?

i am really interested in getting this thing working, so any help is 
greatly appreciated.
