Why,  using anything that can write raw disk blocks to the target disk:

  * rawrite on a DOS box.     
  * dd on a big-endian Unix box (SunOS, NetBSD, IRIX, ...)
  * dd on a little-endian Unix box -- including Ultrix.

You'll still have to move the disk for all except Ultrix, of course.
But this will works with just about anything.
