Uhuh. OSF/1 and Digital Unix use TOY, but the Alpha PROMs don't
forcibly reset the time to 1972-01-01 if it's outside the expected
range.  That's the real kicker on pmaxes.

Last time I asked cgd, he hadn't ever handled this, because it would
only come up if dual-booting DU or OSF/1 and NetBSD.  ``Who would do that?''.

I didn't find anything newer when I looked in the Alpha port this
afternoon, but I might've missed it.
