This is fixed now.  I had a version in my own tree based on the ecoff
symdefs in GNU binutils; I merged that and Arne's version, and
committed it.  I hope netbooted DECstations that're set up to TFTP or
MOPload their kernel directly from their diskless root should now
``just work''.
