Except for the rack and the funny turbochannel extender, the main
difference between the 5900 and the 5000/240 is about three times the
maintenence cost :-)

On this subject, I've not had any luck determining the difference
between a 5000/240 and a 5900.  When the 5900 boots it reports itself as
a DS_3MAXPLUS.  Does anyone know how to tell the difference?
