We have a 5000/200 with one of the unsupported video cards (PMAG-D),
and would like to use it without the card on a serial console.  Is
that supported?  I tried building a kernel without any graphics
adapter specified, but I couldn't get anything to boot.  Does anyone
have any of the following?

A kernel for a serial-only 5000/200
A config file for such a kernel
General instructions on how to put such a thing together

   On a slightly related note, I heard something about some sources
for that card for some other OS or something like that.  At the time,
my mail wasn't working, so I just got the tail end of the thread.
Anyone remember that and could tell me what it was?
