Alright, I posted a few days ago about doing interrupt driven
IO.... The suggestions I got were to check out "ioasic.h", and just
pound the right values into the right register.  Well, I thought
I was doing that all along, but it turned out when I checked into
it that I was pounding the right value into the wrong register.

Doah!  I feel stupid.  2-3 weeks of me beating my head against the
wall in my spare time, and all because I was being an idiot!
