Well, I finally have had a chance to break out this image.  It's
not clean and could be packaged up better.  So, please
have at it.  It will boot and has all you need to get NetBSD
running on 5k/240's, have done it with several now.  Beats the
heck out of tftp or anything else.

You can find it on ftp.iadfw.net/pub/NetBSD-pmax/zipboot/

There are 9 files, cat them together, dd onto a zipdisk, 
boot 3/rz5/netbsd and your off to the races.
