  Doing a ? doesn't list a "scsi" command, but does list a "t" command.
I have a DS5000 Model 100 Series Operator Guide which also shows the "t"
command. I did a "t 3/?" to get a list of the tests available, and there
were 3 "scsi/*" tests. One test was "scsi/target", so I tried entering
	"t 3/scsi/target 0"
	"t 3/scsi/target 1"
	"t 3/scsi/target 2"
and those appeared to spin up the disks which weren't configured to spin up
on power on.
