The 5000/200 (3max) and  5000/240 have a 25MHz TurboChannel.
The /200 is a 25MHz r3000.  The /240 has a 40MHz r3000 derivative.


The 5000/120, 5000/125,  5000/133, and Personal Decstations have a 12.5MHz
TurboChannel.  The last two digits are the CPU clock-cycle speed.

All the Turbochannel DEcstations *execpt* the 5000/200 can be upgraded
to an r4000 or (in the case of the 240) to an r4400 by replacing the
CPU daughterboard.  This does not change the TurboChannel speed.
